Performance Breakthrough, Building Momentum – One Breakthrough at a Time

Every so often, you hit a season where everything you’ve been quietly building behind the scenes finally starts coming together.
That’s where we are right now at Performance Breakthrough: a wave of new developments, new energy, and new resources designed to help adults feel more focused, calmer, and more in control of everyday life.

And the best part?
We’re only getting started.

The Perform It Better App A New Daily Training Tool for Adults

Video Work Along

One of the biggest shifts this year has been the rise of the Perform It Better app, a simple 2-minute-a-day tool created specifically for adults who want life to feel easier, sharper, and less stressful.

No fluff.
No overwhelm.
Just short, powerful neurological exercises.

And we’ve been adding a whole range of new video content to match the real struggles adults face every day:

  • Struggling to finish tasks
  • Feeling unorganised or scattered
  • Processing instructions in work
  • Reading without retaining information
  • Feeling more frustrated than you’d like
  • Getting stuck, overwhelmed, or frozen
  • And those moments where the small things feel bigger than they should

These videos have become the heartbeat of our social media lately, real stories, real problems, real solutions, people can immediately relate to.

“Motivation was always my biggest problem. I just couldn’t get started on my work. If I looked at my watch, and it was already 12 noon, my brain would say there is no point in starting now. Another day wasted! That has completely changed since I started the Perform It Better app. I highly recommend” David Wright, London

The feedback has been brilliant.
The momentum is growing.
And we’re expanding the content every single week.

Supporting Emily Bond in Her One-Season Ironman Challenge

What’s New at Performance Breakthrough EmilyBond

Another exciting development for us is our work with Emily Bond, an extraordinary athlete who is attempting something very few people on the planet have ever done, completing every Ironman challenge in a single season.

Swim. Bike. Run.
Event after event.
A full race calendar.
One relentless mission fuelled by determination, discipline, and an unshakable mindset.

This challenge demands far more than physical endurance. It calls for remarkable mental stamina, emotional control, and the ability to stay focused under intense pressure; these are the brain-body skills that the Performance Breakthrough programme develops every day.

As Emily trains and competes across the UK circuit, we’re supporting her with neurological tools designed to strengthen:

  • Focus during long-distance strain
  • Smooth, efficient movement when fatigue hits
  • Emotional steadiness through challenging moments
  • Reaction speed and cleaner transitions
  • Clearer decision-making under pressure
  • And the calm, grounded mindset needed to keep showing up race after race

Her journey aligns beautifully with our mission: when the brain and body work together smoothly, consistently, and under stress, remarkable things become possible.
Emily is living proof of what that looks like in motion, and we’re honoured to stand with her as she takes on this once-in-a-lifetime challenge.

How You Can Support Emily’s Journey

Emily has a GoFundMe page to help with the substantial costs of completing every Ironman event in a single season, travel, race entries, equipment, recovery, and the logistics of a challenge of this scale.

If you’d like to stand with her, cheer her on, or help lighten the load, you can support her here:

Even a small contribution goes a long way in a challenge this demanding, and Emily feels every bit of encouragement behind her.

A Big Push Into Short-Form Video

Over the past month, we’ve stepped fully into TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Reels, sharing fast, relatable snippets that show people what’s actually going on in their brain, and why simple daily exercises can shift things they’ve been struggling with for years.

These videos have covered everything from:

  • Procrastination
  • Sensory overload
  • Emotional regulation
  • Motivation
  • Slow processing
  • Decision fatigue
  • And the classic “Why do I keep losing my keys?” moments

People love content that speaks directly to their lived experience, and that’s exactly the direction we’re moving in.

A Stronger Voice for Adults

Performance Breakthrough began with work centred around children…
but this past year, the number of adults needing and seeking our help has exploded.

More and more adults are recognising that:

  • Their stress response
  • Their focus
  • Their emotional reactions
  • Their organisation
  • Their confidence
  • Their overwhelm

…all tie back to the brain-body connection.

And that’s why the Perform It Better pathway is now front and centre.

We’re hearing from people who finally understand why they struggle, and for the first time, they have something practical they can do about it.

And Behind the Scenes, Even More Good Things Are Coming

We are working on new resources.
New tools.
New content.
New ways to help people understand their brain and take back control of their lives.

But for now, we’re celebrating what’s already here:

  • We are training therapists
  • A growing community
  • A powerful adult-focused app
  • And more people finding answers they’ve been searching for for years

This is a time of great momentum, and we’re excited for what’s next.
