At Performance Breakthrough we work with balance and co-ordination exercises in order to develop the vestibular (balance) system which can be under-developed at 5 months in utero.   If the vestibular system is under-developed this affects how our 5 senses of sight, sound, taste, touch and smell process information making it difficult for children to unlock their potential.
