This video shows how exercise can reconnect the body and mind making movement easier and increasing confidence in every day tasks for people with Parkinson’s Disease.

At Performance Breakthrough we have recently been approached by some people who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s to see if we can help.

We currently work with children and adults who have had a lack of gross and fine motor skills along with balance and co-ordination difficulties. We therefore feel that the programme may improve the symptoms for sufferers and we’re calling for volunteers to help us prove that it can.

We are offering a 6 week, free trial commencing 13th May 2019 at our offices in Newtownabbey.

Please share to anyone whom you feel might be interested in completing the trial and ask them to contact Susan Steele, Trial Co-ordinator on 07790245145.

Thank you for helping us to make a difference!
